| Accepted Forms of Payment
We accept payments through Paypal and money orders. If you should need to do a 'mail order', please mail us an order with payment (sorry cheques are not accepted) to The Inspiration Gallery, PO Box 19, Herne Hill, WA 6056.

We check our emails daily, morning and evening. With Paypal payments, we do not process these payments, we just accept them, so they will be processed according to Paypals rules. If for any reason your Paypal payment is declined, this will delay the processing of your order. Once we receive the corrected information to process your order, we will re-process your order.
Postage and Handling
Postage and handling Australia wide is included in the price. We use Australia Post (Parcel) for deliveries. We will forward your tracking number through as soon as it is dispatched. We cannot be responsible for a package once it is dispatched. If a package is delayed by Australia Post, a tracking will need to be filed by the recipient (the customer). Orders will usually ship within 5 "business" days of receipt of cleared payment, if product is in stock. Our business days are Monday-Friday.
We do post internationally. Additional postage fees apply. Please contact us if you would like to place an international order and we will respond with the postage costs you will incur.
From time to time, we maybe out of stock on items. When this happens, we will notify you at once to let you know that a backorder has occurred on your item. Backorders are usually posted within 10 business working days. We endeavour to have stock at all times for items shown on the website.
The bracelets are made of the utmost quality and are all checked prior to dispatch of order to ensure no fault. Because our bracelets are stretchy, we cannot guarantee the inner stretch elastic of them. Although they are one size fits all, everyone handles our bracelets differently. One person could handle them more assertively than another. Therefore we cannot replace bracelets that the elastic breaks on.
If you have another part of your bracelet that defectively breaks, you must contact us by email to receive a return authorization prior to any return. Returns will only be accepted within 7 days of receipt of order. We do not issue cash refunds, we will only issue credit for another item or a replacement item which will be completed within 14 days.
