Free Shipping within Australia
Shipping and handling within Australia is free.
We use Australia Post (Express Post) for deliveries. Please allow 7-10 working days within Australia for delivery.
As soon as your order has been despatched, we will send you a confirmation email with a tracking number. If you haven’t received this email within 5 days of placing your order, please contact us.
Due to Covid-19, we are not currently shipping internationally.
Tracking your Order
Orders will usually ship within 5 "business" days from receipt of cleared payment. You can track your order anytime at auspost.com.au/track/ using the tracking number supplied in the order confirmation email.
We cannot be responsible for a package once it is dispatched. If a package is delayed by Australia Post, a tracking will need to be filed by the recipient (the customer). If your order has not arrived within the allotted time, please contact Australia Post, quoting the tracking number.
We can deliver to Home, PO Box or Work addresses.
Please enter the Company name at the checkout if you would like your order to be delivered to your workplace. Please include any delivery instructions in comments to assist the driver locate your home or office.
The bracelets are made of the utmost quality and are all checked prior to dispatch of order to ensure no fault. Because our bracelets are stretchy, we cannot guarantee the inner stretch elastic of them. Although they are one size fits all, everyone handles our bracelets differently. One person could handle them more assertively than another. Therefore, unfortunately we cannot replace bracelets that the elastic breaks on.
If you have another part of your bracelet that defectively breaks, you must contact us by email to receive a return authorization prior to any return. Returns will only be accepted within 7 days of receipt of order. We will issue a credit for another item or a replacement item which will be completed within 14 days.

How long we retain your data
If you leave a comment, the comment and its metadata are retained indefinitely. This is so we can recognize and approve any follow-up comments automatically instead of holding them in a moderation queue.
For users that register on our website (if any), we also store the personal information they provide in their user profile. All users can see, edit, or delete their personal information at any time (except they cannot change their username). Website administrators can also see and edit that information.
What rights you have over your data
If you have an account on this site, or have left comments, you can request to receive an exported file of the personal data we hold about you, including any data you have provided to us. You can also request that we erase any personal data we hold about you. This does not include any data we are obliged to keep for administrative, legal, or security purposes.
